Abstract
The activities of the AIHA-ACGIH Respirator Committee during the past three years are described. These activities include aid to the U.S. Bureau of Mines in revising current and developing new test and approval schedules for respirators, aid to the AIHA Hygienic Glides Committee concerning recommendations of respiratory protective devices made in Hygienic Guides, preparation of a statement pertaining to conditions for use of airline respirators in atmospheres immediately hazardous to life or health, work on U.S.A. Standards Institute Committees, and work on special Subcommittees.
