Abstract
A cooperative program for the collection, recording and analysis of occupational hazard data is described. A standardized survey form for the uniform collection of pertinent environmental data has been designed for the use of governmental agencies at the Federal, State and local levels. These data will be coded onto tape for search and analysis by computer facilities. Periodically, status reports will be issued for the utilization and guidance of industrial hygienists.
