Abstract

Animals were exposed to particles of asbestos, Cr2O3, MO, and 239PuO2 by either aerosol inhalation or injection. High-voltage electron microscopy was used to obtain diffraction images, and stereopairs of electron micrographs were used to identify and localize specific particles in cells.
