Russell A. Gordon

RUSSELL A. GORDON received a BA from Blackburn College, an MS from Colorado State University, and a PhD from the University of Illinois. His dissertation, written under the influence of Jerry Uhl, mutated into a graduate textbook on nonabsolute integration. He has also written a textbook on elementary real analysis, which explains his current interest/preoccupation with this subject. Beyond academia, his three sons keep him busy, especially an active 3 year old. A weekly date with his wife Brenda is a welcome change of pace from a very busy life. He also enjoys running, playing basketball, and hiking in the mountains.
