Abstract

Indirect atomic absorption spectrometric and spectrophotometric methods for the determination of tungsten have been developed based on the precipitation of lead(II) tungstate and the measurement of the excess lead(II) in the supernate. The optimum Concentration ranges are approximately 3–30 ppm of tungsten on the basis of sample solution.
