Fluorimetric Determination of Cisapride

Abstract

A method for the fluorimetric determination of cisapride under continuous and discontinuous conditions is described. The method is based on the fact that cisapride exhibits an emission spectrum with a maximum at a wavelength of 355.2 nm and excitation at 310 nm. The method is applied to the determination of cisapride in pharmaceutical products.
