Abstract

The Fourier exchange theorem

is generalized to 𝒮′-convolvable kernels, i.e. temperate distributions K(x, y) ∈ 𝒮′(ℝ2n ) for which K(x − y, y) is semitemperate with respect to x and partially summable with respect to y.
