Quasi-neutral limit of the Navier–Stokes–Fourier–Poisson system for ionic dynamics

ABSTRACT

In this paper, we consider the quasi-neutral limit of the compressible Navier–Stokes–Fourier–Poisson system in a periodic domain T3 with the well-prepared initial data. We prove that the weak solution of the compressible Navier–Stokes–Fourier–Possion system converges to the strong solution of the compressible Navier–Stokes–Fourier system as long as the latter exists.
