Cardinal discrete splines

Abstract

This paper contains a systematic study of the problem of interpolation by cardinal discrete splines. The main tools are the so-called “Exponetial Euier discrete polynomials” which are a generaisation of the well-known Euler–Frobenius polynomials. Many interesting properties of this class of poynomials are obtained
