Oscillation of first order neutral differential equations

Abstract

A necessary and sufficient condition is obtained for oscillations of certain neutral differ¬ential equations. A new sufficient condition is also obtained for the oscillations of the neutral differential equations with positive and negative coefficients. These results are illustrated by some examples. Some of the results of Starvoulakis are improved upon
