Exponential dichotomy for singularly perturbed linear functional differential equations with small delays

Abstract

The singularly perturbed differential-delay system [IML0001] is studied. For small [euro] , existence of an exponential dichotomy is shown under certain conditions on the matrix [IML0002] and on the roots of the characteristic equation corresponding to the aforementioned system.
