Abstract
This “Guide to Development of an Industrial Medical Records System” was developed by the Committee on Industrial Medica. Records of the American Medical Association Council on Occupational Health. Part TV, the concluding section, illustrates and describes some of the forms which are used in large company occupational health programs, and which can be extremely helpful in small plant programs.
Covered in the first three parts of the Guide were basic principles and objectives; matters of confidentiality and professional responsibility; history, examination, and status reports, and the recording and using of statistical information.
