The Case of the Six-Gallon Hat

Pages 502-504 | Published online: 29 Apr 2013

Abstract

In this issue we present the first of a series of stories by a physician who calls himself “Celwyddwr.” He writes that all of these cases are factual and that he knows the man he calls “Alexander.” Celwyddwr states he knows how to spell “Cadwallader” and that name is something else. His name, or nom de plume, he writes, is Welsh and he invented it himself—but it is still good Welsh and has a meaning.— Ed.
