Pages 284-288 | Published online: 28 Oct 2013

ABSTRACT

In mid-1993, university librarians in Queensland formed the Queensland University Libraries Office of Cooperation (QULOC) to initiate and promote cooperative library ventures throughout the state. This article traces the evolution of QULOC from its predecessor, the Brisbane University Libraries Office of Cooperation. The structure of the organisation is described and the activities of its working parties are detailed.
