A special library project was established in order to promote library services, increase interaction with clients and grow library usage. Using push technology to provide targeted information to meet client needs proved effective in reaching only some clients. This article describes the research method including the dissemination process and client response. It highlights the importance of not only reaching out to provide information to all clients, but also the importance of matching the correct dissemination method to the client.
