A Fatal Case Involving Diltiazem

ABSTRACT

A fatal case of Diltiazem poisoning is reported. The pathological findings and the distribution of the drug in blood (antemortem and postmortem), urine, bile, vitreous humor and stomach contents are presented.

RÉSUMÉ

Cet article décrira un cas d'empoisonnement mortel au diltiazem. On fera état des constatations pathologiques et de la répartition de cette drogue dans le sang (ante-mortem et post-mortem), l'urine, la bile, l'humeur vitrée et le contenu gastrique.
