Abstract
ORM phenotypes were studied by hybrid isoelectric focusing (HIEF) followed by immunofixation and silver staining. The method was applied to the study of ORM in human serum and minute bloodstains. Given the promising results observed, the use of HIEF for forensic purposes is recommended.
RÉSUMÉ
Les différents phénotypes d'ORM furent étudiés à l'aide de l'isoélectrofocalisation “Hybrid” suivi d'une immunofixation et d'une coloration à l'argent. Cette méthode fut utilisée pour du sérum hûmain et de petites taches de sang. Ayant obtenu des résultats prometteurs, elle est recommandée en sciences judiciaires.
