ABSTRACT
A case of suicide by inhalation of hydrogen cyanide is reported. The pathological findings and levels of cyanide obtained by a microdiffusion and UV spectrophotometric method in postmortem specimens are given. The level found in the blood (29 mg/L) is higher than in any hydrogen cyanide inhalation cases reported in the literature.
RÉSUMÉ
Un cas de suicide par inhalation de cyanure d'hydrogène est rapporté. Les résultats d'autopsie et des analyses sont présentés. La concentration sanguine rapportée (29 mg/L) est plus élevée que dans les cas d'inhalation publiés dans la littérature.
