ABSTRACT
A 40 year old male committed suicide by cutting his throat with a bucksaw. Suicide by sharp force is unusual, and when associated with bizarre or mutilating injuries is strongly suggestive of an underlying psychotic illness.
RÉSUMÉ
Un mâle de 40 ans s'est suicidé en se coupant le cou avec une scie à bois. Un suicide exécuté avec une force brusque, spécialement lorsqu'accompagné de blessures bizarres et de mutilation laisse fortement supposer l'existence d'une maladie psychotique dissimulée.
