Pages 215-228 | Published online: 22 Nov 2013

ABSTRACT

This paper considers the problem of assuring the reliability of a GC drug screen in which several hundred compounds are potential analytes. It describes an investigation into the actual performance over time of a routine drug screen. It suggests some ways in which the performance of such a screen can be monitored and documented in order to provide assurance of reliable results to clients.
