SUMMARY
Some species of clavarioid fungi belonging to the genus Ramaria and genus Clavariadelphus were observed, by electron microscopy, regarding to the septal pore apparatus. All the species of Ramaria genus present dolipores with imperforated parenthesomes. On the contrary, the species Clavariadelphus pistillaris presents dolipores with perforated parenthesomes. In view of different theories about the phylogenesis of basidiomycetes, some evolutionary considerations are suggested.
