Women at work: summary and overview

Abstract

This paper reports the discussions which took place at the Women at Work Conference, Nottingham, 1982. In doing so it introduces and discusses several issues of current importance, relating to occupational stress and health, human factors, women, work and children and training. The conference recommendations are also reviewed.
