Technical Note The interaction of driving speed, steering difficulty and lateral tolerance: some comments

Abstract

In the recent paper by Bottoms (1983), some information-theory notions were used during the modelling of the task of driving an agricultural tractor. While the contribution of the paper and its principal findings are not questioned, the inappropriate use of information theory is discussed in the present note.
