The governing of anisotropy of real piezoelectric ceramic materials

, , &
Pages 85-88 | Published online: 15 Mar 2011

The accumulation of defects of the crystal structure and the rearrangement of domain structure of crystallites in ferro-piezoelectric ceramics during multiple cyclic polarization reversal in a strong ac electric field leads to increased anisotropy of the piezoelectric effect in ferrosoft PCR-1-and PCR-7M-type ceramics.
