The diffusion of phase transitions in the solid-solution system (1-x)NaNbO3 -xLiNbO3 was studied. Its minimum values were found to correspond to the region of transition from the interstitial solid solutions to the substitutional ones at 0.05≤x≤0.07. It has been established that the degree of diffusion of phase transitions may be varied in the process of thermocycling by phase hardening.
