Taking into consideration that the ferroceramic compositions investigated by us belong presumably to the morphotropic phase boundary, we have studied manifestations of the thermal memory effect under intermediate and strong ac-fields in low and infralow frequency ranges in the systems under examination. The conclusion has been drawn that the principal role in the development of the thermal memory effect belongs to the domain and interphase boundaries' interaction with defects. The specificities of this interaction in different conditions are discussed.
