Abstract
Ceramic powders of a Pb[(Mg,Zn)1/3Nb2/3]O3system modified by 20 mol% PbTiO3 were prepared via a B-site precursor route. Developed structures in the B-site and perovskite systems were examined. Weak-field dielectric properties of the system ceramics were investigated as a function of measurement frequency. Phase transition modes in the dielectric constant spectra above the Curie temperatures were analyzed in terms of diffuseness exponents.
