Abstract
Experimental results of studying the behaviour of dielectric constant under the phase transition into paraelectric state in 10/100-Y/Y PLLZT solid solutions are presented. The investigations are performed on the solid solutions located within the regions of uniphase FE or AFE state of the phase diagrams, as well as on those characterized by the coexistence of FE and AFE phase domains. It is shown that the behaviour of the temperature dependences of dielectric constant is completely described by the model of relaxation dynamics of interphase FE-AFE boundaries. In particular, at changing the measuring AC field frequency the Vogel-Fulcher relation ω = (1/τ0) exp[-Δ/k (Tm-Tf)], is fulfilled.
