Abstract
The temperature-permittivity (/), frequency-permittivity and ferroelectric properties of (Pb1−xSrx)TiO3 (x=0.65–0.70) (PST) infrared sensitive ferroelectric ceramics were studied. Curie Temperature Tc was shifted lineally with variations of x. The increase of 1 % mol PbTiO3 was risen Tc about 5°C in the temperature range of 5 to 30°C. Tc and the temperature coefficient α was nearly no observable variation with the frequency increasing, however / decreased slightly. The α, / and tgδ were respectively about 2–3%°C, 5–9 × 103 and 1–5 % at Tc. The Ps of the hysteresis loops were about 10−2 C/m2. The pyroelectric coefficient p of (Pb0.355Sr0.665)TiO3 was estimated about 10−3C/M2.K from the Psdrop in the hysteresis loops with the temperature increase.
