Abstract
The paper presents results of the study of the dependence of longitudinal ultrasonic velocity and attenuation in ferroelectric-semiconductor single crystals of the Sn2P2(Se,S)6 family on temperature. A photostimulated shift of the phase transition to lower temperature has been detected. Oscillations of relaxing ultrasonic velocity and attenuation have been observed in the incommensurate phase of Sn2P2Se6 crystal after illumination. Ultrasonic investigations show that the intermediate incommensurate phase appears in illuminated at. the Lifshitz point Sn2P2Se0.28S0.72 crystal
