Abstract

The results of research of effects of lateral rarefaction waves on phase transitions in PZT-95/5 ceramics under shock wave by shock experiments are reported. The experimental results indicate that the depolarization electric current linearly decreases with the shock-wave propagation distance in z direction. Based on Fluid Elastic-Plastic Model[1,2], a three-dimensional numerical simulation was performed, which explains the experimental results very well.
