Abstract
We measured the admittance spectroscopy of PMN-10%PT relaxor ferroelectrics, which is in agreement with the theoretical results. The equivalent circuit of relaxor ferroelectrics is the parallel combination of infinite series of RC elements, and we propose a model to discuss this model and the mechanism of relaxor ferroelectrics. It can be seen that the assemblage of relaxor elements with broad distribution of relaxation times gives rise to the glassy behavior of relaxor ferroelectrics.
