Ferroelectric Barium-Strontium Niobate Films and Multi-Layer Structures

Abstract

A brief review of the research on the barium-strontium niobate films and multilayer structures performed in the institutes of the Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences is presented. The electrophysical properties of the films are studied, as well as characteristics of the microelectronic components such as memory elements, pyroelectric radiation receivers, electrooptic light modulators and electrostatic micromotors that are based on these films.
