Electron paramagnetic resonance studies of a structural phase transition from the paraelastic trigonal phase to ferroelastic one in KSc(WO 4 ) 2 is presented. The spin Hamiltonian parameters have been calculated in both phases. Values of critical exponents describing temperature dependence of the separation between outer split EPR lines as well as changes in the orientation of the crystal field z-axis in the ferroelastic phase are reported.
