Non-Ferroelastic Domain Walls Possible Appearance of Spontaneous Polarization

Abstract

A complete list of possible existence of spontaneous polarization in non-ferroelastic domain walls is presented. The domain wall symmetry, orientation of the spontaneous polarization and their respective positions are given for all non-equivalent orientations of the domain walls.
