Abstract

For the first time a high-temperature cubic phase of the tellurium dioxide from the glassy state has been synthesized. According to X-ray data at Cu Kα—radiation and room temperature the parameters of the elementary cubic cell are: a = 9.716 ± 0.005 Å, Z = 16. Possible space symmetry groups are or .
