Abstract

The inverse magnetoelectric effect in two-layer composite consisting of piezoelectric PbZr0.53Ti0.47O3 (PZT) and ferrite Mn0.4Zn0.6Fe2O4 (MZF) plates has been studied. Dependences of the magnetic induction variation Bm on amplitude and frequency of ac electric field as well as on magnetic field strength, temperature, and composite composition for layered PZT–MZF composite have been determined.
