Abstract

The possibility of SbSI doping by bismuth, yttrium, lanthanum, neodymium and samarium cations during the synthesis in aqueous solution has been studied. The variation of SbSI unit cell volume in the case of bismuth and neodymium doping is proved by XRD analysis. The textures of bismuth doped material were grown by the Bridgmen-Stokbarger method. The piezoelements were made of these textures and their electrophysical properties were studied. It was shown that bismuth cations introducing in the SbSI structure leads to increasing of Curie point by 5°C and reduction of bulk piezoelectric coefficient, piezosensitivity and mechanical quality factor.
