The Behavior of Current and Dielectric Response in SBN-75:Cr Single Crystal under Illumination Effect

Abstract

The behavior of current and dielectric response under illumination of the Sr_0.75Ba_0.25Nb₂O₆ single crystal doped with 0.01at.% Cr₂O₃ (SBN-75:Cr) was studied. Regularities in photocurrent and dielectric permittivity kinetics were detected. Additional maxima in the photocurrent curves I(t) were found. It is supposed that additional maxima in I(t) appear due to changing unstable domain structure of relaxor SBN-75:Cr in induced space charge field under sample illumination.
