Abstract
The behavior of current and dielectric response under illumination of the Sr0.75Ba0.25Nb2O6 single crystal doped with 0.01at.% Cr2O3 (SBN-75:Cr) was studied. Regularities in photocurrent and dielectric permittivity kinetics were detected. Additional maxima in the photocurrent curves I(t) were found. It is supposed that additional maxima in I(t) appear due to changing unstable domain structure of relaxor SBN-75:Cr in induced space charge field under sample illumination.
