Abstract
The microstructure of fractured surfaces of PZT piezoceramic samples without and with metal electrodes deposited in microwave and ultrasonic fields was studied with the aid of scanning electron microscopy. The dispersion of dielectric characteristics of the samples processed by different metallization routines is determined.
