Abstract

Mn1.56Co0.96Ni0.48O4 ceramics were prepared by co-precipitation method with two different cooling rates. The structures and properties were characterized by using X-ray diffraction, scanningelectron microscope, atomic force microscope, spectroscopic ellipsometry and optical aging test. The optical constants of two samples are close to each other and have consistent variation trend in the wavelength range of 300 ∼ 1000 nm. However, the refractive index n and extinction coefficient kvary after accelerated aging testespecially the quenched sample.
