Abstract

The aim of this work is to study the electric field induced shift and broadening of ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) line in layered structures based on ferrite and piezoelectric. Theoretical modeling is based on the solution of equations of motion for magnetization, elastostatic and constitutive equations. The paper shows that in asymmetric structures, the applied electric field causes a broadening of the FMR lines. In symmetric layered structures, the applied electric field gives rise to a shift of lines and no broadening of resonance lines.
