Abstract
Single perovskite oxide materials have very attractive behaviors like multiferroics, piezoelectricity as well as dielectric and ferromagnetic properties. Owing to these properties, perovskites can be used widely in many applications, such as ferroelectric and magnetic random access memories, transducers, sensors, actuators and also in magneto-electric spintronic devices. In this research, a novel and lead-free multiferroic material Ba(Ni1/3Mn1/3W1/3)O3 pervoskite is chemically prepared by cost effectual solid-state reaction method by taking oxides of Ba, Ni, Mn and W. X-ray diffraction, SEM, EDAX and the dielectric behaviors (like dielectric_permittivity, tanδ, dielectric_modulus, impedance and electrical_conductivity) of the above composites are analyzed.
