Abstract
The effect of green (514 nm) and ultraviolet (257 nm) pulsed laser light on Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3/LaMnO3 heterostructure electrical resistance was studied. In 80 ÷ 200 K range illumination induced a transient resistance component at ∼15% of the steady-state value, the time constant associated with the transient component was ∼12 s. The negative photoresistance effect was found under green and ultraviolet illumination.
