Abstract
In this work, we studied the nature of repolarization processes in KNN-0.05Ta ceramics in the temperature range of structural phase transition. We have found the anomalous behavior of reverse dependences ε'(Ε=), while measuring the response in weak ac-fields in the sample exposed to the constant bias field. Behavior of ε'(Ε=) was compared with the polarization loops measured in sinusoidal fields of various amplitudes.
