Abstract

Two-layer ferromagnet/ferroelectric heterostructures were studied, in which iron was used as the ferromagnetic layer and 41°Y-cut lithium niobate was used as the ferroelectric substrate. It is shown that when an electric field is applied in the region of 50 V to a ferroelectric lithium niobate substrate, changes in the direction of the magnetization vector of the ferromagnetic layer are recorded.
