Abstract
Dielectric, pyroelectric and piezoelectric properties have been studied for a range of ceramic compositions in the series (xPbTiO3 + yPbCeO3 + zPbNb2O6) + mMnO2 where 0 < y < 0.05, 0 < z < 0.08, x + y + z = 1.00 and 0 < m < 0.015. The primary objective was to obtain optimum compositions for pyroelectric applications. The change of the dielectric and pyroelectric properties in different compositions has also been researched.
