Abstract
The current - voltage curves, electric conductivity Seebeck's effect, current - time curves and potential distribution dependence in PZT solid solution were investigated. From the V/x/ dependence the electric field distribution, the volume density of charge distribution and resistance along the investigated system were stated. The obtained results show the existence of the near - electrode layer of space charge in PZT solid solution. The investigations of the current - time dependence indicate the existence of the space charge polarization with a long relaxation time.
