Abstract
Specific heat and dielectric constant of K2SO4 were measured below room temperature down to liquid helium temperature. A phase transition was detected at 56 K, which is accompanied with a slight γ-type anomaly in specific heat and a break on dielectric constant vs. temperature curve. Evidence for the incommensurate or super structure was not confirmed by neutron diffraction
