Phonons state density in perturbed perovskite like structures

Abstract

A simple direct method for computing the state density of phonons is applied to a 3 dimensionnal lattice of octahedra TiO6 in order to point out the effect of impurities (Fe instead Ti, F instead O). Some preliminary results are reported.
